made online from its website, or via telephone is bound by these below
mentioned terms and conditions. Please read the following before using

  1. Alterations to confirmed bookings:
    Request for changes in the services provided by Palii Adventure
    must be made in form of writing directed to Palii Adventure. Palii
    Adventure may provide the requested changes with some or no
    additional charges.
  2. Insurance:
    Palii Adventure encourage the traveler to have adequate Insurance
    that will cover in an unseen circumstance.
  3. Passports and Visas:
    All passengers should have a passport with the validity until the end
    of the trip. While travelling abroad, visas should be taken care of by
    oneself. However, Palii Adventure ensures to provide all necessary
    details to get the visas.
  4. Medical Advice:
    Palii Adventure encourages all its clients to seek one’s personal
    doctor’s advice before travelling to a location.
  5. Pricing:
    The prices listed on the website are per person and in Thai Baht
    unless stated otherwise. Any prices in other currency are subject to
    change depending on the exchange rates. Palii Adventures holds the
    rights to change price quotations without prior notice unless full
    payments have already been made.
  6. Transfers:
    All transfers provided by Palii Adventure are scheduled beforehand.
    In case of a late arrivals or other circumstances, the transfers will
    be charged extra.
  7. Hotel Bookings:
    Palii Adventures will not hold the responsibility for the quality of
    service offered by the Hotels.
  8. Special Meal Requirements:
    Palii Adventure will cooperate its best to provide what the clients
    want. However meals other than the ones listed (eg, vegetarian)
    may require an additional payment.
  9. Late Bookings:
    Clients are advised to book early to avoid additional fees for late
    bookings.
  10. Photograph and Videos:
    Palii Adventures holds the right to use any pictures and videos taken
    during the trip without the express permission on the ones in the
    picture.
  11. Copying:
    Without the prior consent of Palii Adventure, no materials from the
    website shall be copied or edited.
  12. Suppliers:
    In case Palii Travels and Adventure uses the services provided by its
    partners, you are bound by their terms and conditions along with
